Karine Bach was born January 19, 1973 in Lyon, France. She had the privilege of growing up in a family with ample economic solvency. However, in 1995, when she was just married and 22 years old, economic problems forced the couple to make the decision to enter the world of pornography. It is then when Karine decides to use Karen Lancaume's artistic name to sign all her movies. Her beginnings were with the famous French producer Marc Dorcel, but she also worked for important production companies such as Elegant Angel, Wicked or Sin City. Karen shot more than 80 films during the 90's. It was in the year 2000 when she officially announced her retirement from the industry.
